Cranberry Orange Bread. Was fun to make since it was just because instead of because I had to for income. There’s a new difference in the creative baking and the enjoyable family baking to make my family smile again. Today at last was just for smiles. We ate it hot out of the oven with an appropriate amount of butter for residents of the dairy state. These five boys of mine polished off a gallon of chicken noodle soup also. So I’m reveling in the smiles brought on by a simple loaf of bread. You can’t go wrong with cranberry anything throughout the year, but I especially love baking with them during harvest time. Tomorrow I’ve got pumpkin orders…so crumb cakes it is.
